Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 70kDa band observed in 293 and human skeletal muscle lysates (predicted MW of 68kDa according to NP_002825.3). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
