Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
Western blot: Approx. 30 kDa band observed in Human Brain, Human Ovary, Human Kidney, MOLT-4 and U937 lysates at 1ug of primary. Please note that the band we observe is different from the predicted size of approx. 115 kDa according to NP_006334. Currently we cannot find an explanation for this in the literature.
