Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 80-85 kDa band observed in lysates of HeLa (calculated MW of 82.7 kDa according to NP_066964.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. An additional band of 75 kDa was observed consistent with products from other sources.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
