Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated p70 ZAP from 500 μg of RIPA lysates from Jurkat or Hut-78 cell lines.
