Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 40 kDa band observed in human lung and H460 cell extracts (predicted MW of 40 kDa according to NP_054829). Recommended for use at 1-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human thymus shows speckled staining of nuclei . Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8 μg/mL.
