Application Notes
|
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx. 21kDa band observed in Human lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 21.2kDa according to NP_002515.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing NRAS bands of approx. 21kDa and 25kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows staining of cytoplasm and membrane of enterocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-3µg/ml. Full Caption WB pictures: A) HEK293 overexpressing NRAS (RC202681) and probed with EB08365 (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene. B) see Application Notes.B) EB08365 (0.01µg/ml) staining of A431 lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer).Primary incubation was 1 hour.Detected by chemiluminescence.
