Immunogen Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr394 (P-G-T (p) -P-T) derived from Human MEK-2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.

Specificity The antibody detects endogenous level of MEK2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 394.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
