    Brand
    IHC-plus™
    Specificity
Specific for active conformation of human b1 integrins. Does not augment the affinity of beta 1 for ligands. Species cross-reactivity: rat.
    Purification
    Purified
    Immunogen
Human b1 integrins purified from Triton X-100 lysates of human lung, liver, and skeletal muscle tissues. Specifically selected due to its increased reactivity with T-lymphoblasts upon Mn2+ stimulation.

  • Application Notes
    Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC, IHC-P (10 μg/mL), IHC-Pfa, WB

Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in  pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for this antibody was determined to be 10 μg/mL. FACS: 2.5 μg/5x10^5 cells.
