Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/4000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 50-55 kDa band observed in Human Testis, MOLT-4 andJurkat lysates (predicted MW of 55 kDa according to NP_055428).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
