Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoassay (IA)
Specificity
This antibody binds to human liver fatty acid binding protein (L-FABP) of both natural and recombinant origin. It cross-reacts with rat L- FABP. It does not bind to human intestinal or heart FABP. L-FABP is localized in the liver and intestinal epithelium.
