HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib, nonclassical) and itis expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells.

Application Notes: The reagent is intended for, ELISA, indirect Flow Cytometry analysis and immunocytochemistry. Suggested working dilution for is 1: 1000.Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
