Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human AMPK1/AMPK2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 485 or serine 491 (S-G-SP-V-S).
Specificity AMPK1/AMPK2 (Ab-485/491) antibody detects endogenous levels of total AMPK1/ AMPK2 protein.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Application Notes IHC: 1:50-1:100.
