Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human NFB-p65 around the phosphorylation site of serine 311 (F-K-SP-I-M).
Specificity NFB-p65 (Ab-311) antibody detects endogenous levels of total NFB-p65 protein.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
