- Restrictions
- For Research Use only
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- Storage
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- Storage Comment
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Expiry Date
- 12 months

- Synonyms
- CD335 Protein, LY94 Protein, NK-p46 Protein, NKP46 Protein, Ly94 Protein, NKp46 Protein, KILR-1 Protein, Nk-p46 Protein, Nkp46 Protein, natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1 Protein, NCR1 Protein, Ncr1 Protein
- Background
- CD335, Ly94, NCR1, NKp46, MAR-1, NKP46FLJ99094,NKp46, along with NKp30 and NKp44, are activating receptors that have been collectively termed the natural cytotoxicity receptors (NCR).These receptors lack significant sequence homology to one another. They are expressed almost exclusively by NK cells and play a major role in triggering some of the key lytic activities of NK cells.
- Molecular Weight
- 52.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
