Usage: This antibody is highly recommended for use in flow cytometry and. immunofluorescence. The unconjugated form of this antibody is suitable for. immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. For flow cytometry, use 0.5-1.0 μg to stain 106 cells fixed in 75 % ethanol. The optimal. antibody concentration should be determined for each specific application. Positive control: Unstimulated human PBMCs, T47D, ZR75, BT474, SKBR3, MCF-7, MDA-MB-453, U-2-OS, HT29, Ramos, Jurkat, KNRK, C32, A431 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
