|Background||Multiple myeloma oncogene-1 (MUM1) is a 50kD protein encoded by the MUM1 gene. MUM1 is expressed in a subset of B cells in the light zone of the germinal center, plasma cells, activated T cells and a wide spectrum of related hematolymphoid neoplasms. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded Sections (Hightemperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections with 1 mM EDTA buffer, pH 9.0must be performed prior to the immunostaining): diluted of 1: 10-1: 25 in an ABC method(30-60 minutes at room temperature). Recommended Positive Control: Tonsil.
