Application Notes Approved: IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL of this lot detected mouse Vav3 in Jurkat cells transfected with murine Vav3. The antibody has not been tested for its ability to detect endogenous levels of protein in WB at this time. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Vav3 from primary mouse thymocytes and overexpressed myc-tagged murine Vav3 in Jurkat cell lysate.
