Mouse (Murine) CD70 Molecule (CD70) interaction partners

  1. CD70 mitigates atherosclerosis at least in part by modulating macrophage function.

  2. these findings demonstrate for the first time, to our knowledge, that T cell-derived CD70 plays a novel immune checkpoint role in inhibiting inflammatory T cell responses

  3. findings demonstrate that host CD70 serves as a unique negative regulator of allogeneic T cell response by contributing to donor T cell apoptosis and inhibiting expansion of donor effector T cells.

  4. CD70 reverse signaling enhances NK cell function and immunosurveillance in CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies)-expressing B-cell malignancies.

  5. Mice lacking CD70 did not accumulate memory T cells and did not develop hypertension.

  6. find that while stimulation of CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies) in isolation drives weak Eomesodermin (show EOMES Antibodies)(hi) T-bet(lo) CD8 (show CD8A Antibodies)(+) T-cell responses to OVA immunization

  7. Data show that although CD70 is required for the activation of the antiviral adaptive response, it has a regulatory role in early cytokine responses to viruses such as MCMV, possibly through maintenance of Treg survival and function.

  8. the ability of CD70 to trigger costimulation is self-regulated when it binds its complementary receptor.

  9. under conditions of constitutive CD70 expression reflecting chronic immune activation, the CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies)/CD70 system inhibits OC differentiation and favors DC differentiation

  10. mTECs and DCs form dedicated niches in the thymic medulla, in which CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies)-CD70 co-stimulation rescues developing Treg cells from apoptosis, subsequent to Foxp3 (show FOXP3 Antibodies) induction by TCR and CD28 (show CD28 Antibodies) signals.

  1. This dose-escalation phase I trial provides evidence of good tolerability of ARGX-110, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity at all dose levels in generally heavily pretreated patients with advanced CD70-positive malignancies

  2. Results show that CD70 promoter region methylation and expression are regulated by MBD4 (show MBD4 Antibodies). Indeed, the study shows that downregulation of MBD4 (show MBD4 Antibodies) contributed to overexpression and hypomethylation of the CD70 gene in CD4 (show CD4 Antibodies)+ T cells from patients from systemic lupus erythematosus.

  3. CD70 mitigates atherosclerosis at least in part by modulating macrophage function.

  4. Preclinical testing supports the safety and efficacy of a CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies)-containing CAR targeting CD70-expressing tumors

  5. This study demonstrated that Expression of CD70 (CD27L) Is Associated With Epithelioid and Sarcomatous Features in IDH (show IDH1 Antibodies)-Wild-Type Glioblastoma.

  6. CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies) is engaged by CD70 cross-presented by other AML (show RUNX1 Antibodies) blasts or stem/progenitor cells in a paracrine manner.

  7. the CD70-CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies) pathway appears to be a crucial component of EBV-specific T cell immunity and more generally for the immune surveillance of B cells and may be a target for immunotherapy of B cell malignancies.

  8. human CD70-CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies) interactions therefore play a nonredundant role in T and B cell-mediated immunity, especially for protection against EBV and humoral immunity.

  9. These data demonstrate the important role of the CD70/CD27 (show CD27 Antibodies) axis in immune responses in HTLV-1 carriers and ATL patients.

CD70 Antigen Profile

Protein Summary

The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis.
