Application Notes

Western blot: 2 μg/mL - 4 μg/mL, this antibody detects a band of approximately 23 kDa in K562 cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 10 μg/mL, Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Human breast carcinoma.
Other applications not tested.
