    Chickens were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
