Application Notes: ELISA: This antibody binds to both the Bb fragment and complement factor B so is notsuitable for all ELISA applications. Western Blot. Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Recommended Positive Control: Kidney from post streptocial glomerlulonephritis patients.
Other applications not tested.

Subunit Bb is involved in the proliferation of preactivated B lymphocytes.
