  • Application Notes

    DS WB Results: Approx 55 kDa band observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 55.3 kDa according to NP_000860.1). A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 200 kDa and was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

    DS IHC Results: Paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
