Usage: This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunofluorescence microscopy and western blot. Expect a band approximately 48 kD in size corresponding to the processed mature form of F6PK protein by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
