Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (4 μg/mL), ICC, Neut, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Neutralization. ELISA: 4 μg/mL as a capture antibody. Use 100 μL/well. Western Blot: ~1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhTNFa is 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions using colorimetric detection. 5-50-fold increased sensitivity can be obtained using ECL. Neutralization of Bioactivity: 0.04-0.08 μg/mL typically neutralizes 50 % of the bioactivity of 0.25 ng/mL of rhTNF-a. -
