Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 on fresh frozen or 4 % paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. Does not work on paraffin embedded tissue. Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Reacts with endothelial cell, macrophages (activated) and THP1 cells (monocyte line). Western Blot: 1:100. Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000-1:10000. ELISA: 1:1000. -
