Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate 53BP1 from HeLa cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for 53BP1 in HeLa cells fixed with 3 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in 0.5 % Triton X-100.
