Application Notes: Approved: Flo (2 μg/mL), IF (1 - 5 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence: 1-5 μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: 2 μg/mL. Western Blot (chemiluminescence): 0.1-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): 5 μg/mL. No pretreatment usually needed but some tissues may stain better after pretreating with heat or pressure cooker. Note: In frozen or paraffin sections of normal human colon, the non-dividing cells of colonic epithelium will stain positive for p21 while the proliferating compartment of crypts will not stain. Immunoprecipitation (non-denatured): 2 μg/IP reaction. Immunoprecipitates p21 but not associated proteins.
