Application Notes: Approved: IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation (Native verified) (Use Protein A): 2 μg/mg protein lysate. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 2-4 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: LS174T cells. Colon carcinoma or placenta.
