- Applications for these products include direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Functions in IFA & ELISA. Suggested starting ranges are 1:5-1:20 is recommended. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
