ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
    Cross-Reactivity (Details)
Purified virions. Specific to H1N1 by IHA. Reacts with all antigenic types of Influenza A in other assay applications. Does not react Inf. B, RSV, Para 1-3 or Adeno. Does not react with HEp-2 cells. May react with chicken cellular proteins.
    Characteristics
Goat anti Influenza A-Virions, Goat antibody to Influenza A Virus (H1N1) Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated
    Purification
Purified IgG fraction of antiserum covalently coupled to a highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ > 3). Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is removed.
    Immunogen
    Influenza A Strain A/USSR/90/77 (H1N1)
  • Application Notes
