Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum and frontal cortex) lysates after 0.7 μg/mL antibody staining. The precursor of this glycoprotein has a calculated size of 91.9 kDa according to NP_003803.1. The 70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
