Application Details

Application Notes: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in human lung and testis and in mouse kidney, lung and testis lysates (calculated MW of 79.9 kDa according to human NP_443187.1 and 79.8 kDa according to mouse NP_001153896.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
