Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Approximately 35-37 kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculated MW of 30.2 kDa according to NP_955631.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Clarke et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2004 Apr 1,13 (7) :727-39. Epub 2004 Feb 12, PMID: 14962983). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
