- The neutralizing monoclonal antibody to human IL-12p70 (clone QS-12p70) recognizes the human IL-12p70 heterodimer, but shows no reactivity with the p35 or p40 monomer. The QS-12p70 antibody can be used in ELISA and ELISPOT asssays.
