Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human BMP-9 Propeptide. The detection limit is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human BMP-9 Propeptide. The detection limit for rhBMP-9 Propeptide is approximately 0.3 ng/well.
