Specificity
- Recognizes the beta chains of class II human major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens. The Reacts with DP, DQ, DR beta chains, which are expressed by antigen presenting cells, B- cells, monocytes and activated T lymphocytes. MHC class II molecules play a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.
