Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/50-1/00, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 μL whole blood. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Recommended positive control tissue: Thymus.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
