Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Intracellular Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, Use 10 μL to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. Cells must be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin in PBS. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Positive control: Flow Cytometry: MG-63 cells.
