A synthetic peptide from the aa 100-200 of mouse WFS1 (Wolframin) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in rat.
IHC WB. A concentration of 10-50,micro,g,ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Restrictions
For Research Use only

Background
FUNCTION: Participates in the regulation of cellular Ca(2+) homeostasis at least partly by modulating the filling state of the endoplasmic reticulum Ca(2+) store. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Multi-pass membrane protein.
