    pSer392

    Specificity

Specific for endogenous levels of the ~53 kDa p53 protein phosphorylated at Ser392 ~53 kDa p53 protein phosphorylated at Ser392. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with λ-phosphatase.

    Cross-Reactivity

    Human, Rat

    Predicted Reactivity

    human

    Characteristics

Our p53 (Ser392) rabbit polyclonal phosphospecific primary antibody is produced in-house. It detects p53 (Ser392) and is antigen affinity purified from pooled serum. It is great for use in ELISA, WB.

    Purification

Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification via sequential chromatography on phospho and non-phosphopeptide affinity columns.

    Immunogen

Synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Ser392 of human p53, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

    Isotype

    IgG
