Specificity: The antibody detects endogenous level of MEK2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 394.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr394 (P-G-T (p) -P-T) derived from Human MEK-2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
