Binding Specificity: pSer104

Specificity: The antibody detects endogenous level of Estrogen Receptor-a only when phosphorylated at serine104.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer104 (S-V-S (p) -P-S) derived from Human Estrogen Receptor-a. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
