Specificity: The antibody detects endogenous level of p70 S6 Kinase only when phosphorylated at serine 411.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer411 (I-R-S (p) -P-R) derived from Human p70 S6 Kinase. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
