Specificity
- Recognizes wild type and recombinant Green Fluorescent Protein. Does not recognize enhanced forms of GFP. Expected to detect GFP containing inserts by Immunofluorescence Microscopy on prokaryotic (E. coli) and eukaryotic (CHO cells) expression systems. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-peroxidase, and purified and partially purified GFP (Aequorea victoria) serum.
