- Prior to conjugation, the antibody was specific for fibrinogen when tested against human plasma by Coomassie Blue R stained double immunodiffusion and immunoelectrophoresis. Undesired immune reactivity has been removed by solid phase immunoadsorption.

Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:400. 2. Transmitted Light Excitation. Direct Immunofluorescence: 1:5-1:40. Indirect Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:80. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
