Usage: The MAb11 antibody has been tested as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of human TNF-alpha (TNF-a, TNFa) in combination with the purified MAb1 (LS-B4057) antibody for capture and recombinant human TNFa as the standard. A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA detection is 0.5-2 μg/mL. A standard curve consisting of doubling dilutions of the recombinant standard over the range of 1000 pg/mL - 8 pg/mL should be included in each ELISA plate. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
