Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Reduced & non-reduced) and Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin). Immunohistochemistry: (Use Ab at 2-4 μg/mL for 60 min at RT). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Normal kidney or renal cell carcinoma. -
