Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Purpose
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic phosphopeptide of SH3BP2.
Specificity
This antibody is specific to phosphorylated human SH3BP2 protein at the pS427 residue. Minimal reactivity is expected with the non-phosphorylated form of the protein.
Cross-Reactivity
Human
Characteristics
Antibody Reactive Against Synthetic Peptide.
Immunogen
Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding S427 of human SH3BP2.
