Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Fix with ice-cold, ethanol: acetic acid (95:5). -
