Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody 24D2 recognizes an extracellular epitope of human CD340 (HER-2), a type I transmembrane protein expressed by mesenchymal stem cells, B-lymphoblastic leukemia cells, subsets of C-ALL blasts, and and various types of carcinomas.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: NIH-3T3/huCD340 cells
